Usually three options, from express to economy. Each shows one all-in price in USD with VND in brackets, plus the estimated days. The quote ends with whether VAT is included, DAP or DDP, and the expiry date.

Carrier freight plus the fuel surcharge, which is updated automatically every week. VAT is stated separately: included or not included.

Fuel surcharges change over time and YNLine updates them every week, so every quote has an expiry date. After it expires, message YNLine for a new quote.

YNLine compares UPS, FedEx and DHL services by destination, weight and size, then usually quotes three options from fastest to most economical. You choose by delivery date and cost. If a shipment only suits a few services, there may be fewer options.

Prices depend on the destination, chargeable weight, service and a fuel surcharge that changes weekly, so YNLine quotes each shipment individually. Each quote shows one all-in price per option.

A charge carriers add based on fuel prices. YNLine updates it every week and it is already included in the all-in price of your quote.

Each package counts the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length x width x height (cm) divided by 5,000. For several packages, add them up. Carriers round up by service, usually to the next 0.5 kg. Example: a 50 x 40 x 30 cm box weighing 4 kg is charged as 12 kg. Try it with your box.

Measure the three outer sides of the packed box: length, width and height in cm. For several packages, measure each one. Actual weight is the weight of the packed box. Try the weight calculator

DAP: the receiver pays import duties on delivery. DDP: the receiver pays nothing; duties are billed separately at the actual assessed amount.

Batteries, liquids, food, medicine, cosmetics and branded goods. Ask YNLine before packing, because these may need documents or be restricted.

A carrier surcharge for delivery addresses in hard-to-reach areas. YNLine checks the receiver's postal code before quoting, covering more than 300,000 remote-area codes across DHL, FedEx and UPS.

Yes. If you have no time to palletize before handover, YNLine builds the pallet to air-freight standards at no charge. Tell YNLine the number of pieces, dimensions and goods type; fragile items such as glass, ceramics and electronics get extra padding.

YNLine picks up straight from the factory. The final receiver sees no factory details on the delivery documents. Neutral delivery also keeps the goods' value off the documents. Yes. Sunday pickup with no holiday charge, so goods fly early or clear export first thing on Monday. Share the address, number of pieces and ready time so YNLine can book the pickup.

YNLine handles the paperwork for goods that need special permits, and the receiver just takes delivery. Yes. Air Cargo is much faster than sea freight and comes as door-to-door, airport-to-door or airport-to-airport. There is an option that includes paperwork and import duties. Send the weight, size and destination to get a quote.

YNLine ships samples and components out or in for factories and businesses. If you need records, YNLine sends the quote as a Word or Excel file.

Once you confirm an option and hand over the goods, YNLine sends you the tracking number. Track it on the carrier's website: UPS, FedEx or DHL.

YNLine books the pickup from the address, number of pieces and ready time you give. Non-standard pickups have special vehicles. Send the pickup address and YNLine will confirm.
